The process of a home renovation will change from reno to reno depending on the scope of work. A full home renovation will look much different than a kitchen renovation which will look different from a bath renovation.

Are walls being removed or moved around, are cabinets being replaced or refinished, is there any concern of asbestos in existing flooring?

Those are only a few examples of things to consider when doing a home renovation. Unlike a new build, existing materials structure need to be taken into consideration as they will heavily influence the options available throughout the renovation.

The process of a renovation will look similar to a new build in the sense that we suggest bringing in any existing finishes that will not be changing in the space (cabinet colors, countertops, paint colors ect), and we will select from there.
