At World Floorcoverings, community matters. We’re proud to give back and support the people and organizations that make Edmonton and the surrounding areas stronger.
World Floorcoverings x Kids Kottage Bonspiel
What we did:
We have completed 4 annual bonspiel events in support of Kids Kottage Foundation, raising $160,000+ and counting, with our team fully hands-on in planning and executing the event from start to finish.
Our involvement:
We are fully hands-on for the event, as it is our annual Charity bonspiel. Not only does our bonspiel donation have a great impact on the Kids Kottage foundation, but we are also proud to educate our community on such an important pillar in our community. Throughout the year, our team enjoys volunteering at different times for Kids Kottage, whether it be through painting and installing floors in their office space, answering phones at the radiothon, or putting together Thanksgiving shoe boxes for the kids.
Beyond fundraising, we’re proud to help raise awareness for the vital role Kids Kottage plays in our community—supporting vulnerable children and families when they need it most. Learn more about their impact and recent recognition here.
Since 2022, World Floorcoverings has proudly hosted its annual Charity Bonspiel
in support of the Kids Kottage Foundation, raising more than $160,000 and counting. Our team is fully hands-on in planning and executing the event from start to finish, bringing together clients, partners, friends, and community
members to make a meaningful impact for children and families in need.
Beyond fundraising, our commitment to Kids Kottage continues throughout the
year. From volunteering at the radiothon and assembling Thanksgiving care
packages, to painting and installing flooring within their spaces, our team is
passionate about giving back in practical, meaningful ways.
We’re also proud to help raise awareness for the vital role Kids Kottage plays in our community—providing safety, support, and resources for vulnerable children and families when they need it most. Supporting local organizations and strengthening our community is at the heart of who we are at World
Floorcoverings.

Total = $162,065.32, which is 1,158 safe nights for a child in need.
